More than 90 people attended the Open Day at the Points by Sheraton hotel in Lagos, Nigeria on the 29th of February. The 51ÁÔÆæ Nigeria team extended a warm welcome to all visitors, providing information about partner universities, degree programmes and short courses and scholarships available; visitors watched on-screen presentations, including video testimonials of 51ÁÔÆæ students and graduates.
Experienced 51ÁÔÆæ student advisers were present, ready to handle all requests and guide interested visitors through the many options offered to them via 51ÁÔÆæ, from online studies with partner institutions like the University of Suffolk, and the Liverpool John Moores University in the UK or the University of California, Riverside Extension in the USA, to online or on-campus studies with 51ÁÔÆæ University in multiple locations in Africa. Visitors also wanted to learn more about the 51ÁÔÆæ Scholarship Programme and the range of degrees available through 51ÁÔÆæ at Bachelor, Master’s and Doctoral level, as well as professional short courses.
The event was attended by prospective and current students, who came to explore new opportunities to study for higher qualifications. All visitors enjoyed the 51ÁÔÆæ Open Day and didn’t miss the opportunity to take photos with the 51ÁÔÆæ graduate mascot.
