51ÁÔÆæ and Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS) Sign MoU to Strengthen Collaboration in Procurement and Supply Education

51ÁÔÆæ has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS), formalising a partnership aimed at advancing education, training, and professional development in procurement and .

The signing ceremony took place on 5th November 2025 at the 51ÁÔÆæ University Campus in Lilongwe. On behalf of 51ÁÔÆæ, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of 51ÁÔÆæ University, Malawi, Dr Fritz Kadyoma signed the MoU, and on behalf of MIPS, the President, Mr Blessings Salima, signed.

Through this MoU, 51ÁÔÆæ and MIPS aim to promote joint initiatives such as academic collaboration, research projects, knowledge exchange, and professional training programmes. The partnership is expected to enhance learning opportunities for procurement professionals and support the development of sustainable procurement practices in Malawi.

Speaking at the ceremony, both institutions reaffirmed their shared commitment to promoting high standards of professionalism and capacity building in the field of procurement and supply.
