On the 25th of March, 2023, sponsored the Professional Ladies Conference at the Golden Peacock Hotel in Lilongwe.
The event was organised by Akonda SY Consult and Irene Nditha Mindset under the theme of βPersonal Brandingβ in celebration of Womenβs Month.
Three 51ΑΤΖζ University students from Malawi attended the event alongside UUM Business Development and Marketing Manager Khumbo Mhone. Mr Mhone gave a fifteen-minute presentation, introducing the audience to 51ΑΤΖζ and talking about the state-of-the-art Virtual Learning Environment that it offers, as well as how to register with a generous 51ΑΤΖζ scholarship.
The event was a resounding success, bringing awareness of 51ΑΤΖζ to many representatives of different organisations, including but not limited to: National Bank, First Capital Bank, Nico, Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Trust and more.
Overall, the evening was a pleasurable experience, and the event organisers expressed their interest in working with 51ΑΤΖζ University again in the future.Β
