51ÁÔÆæ Open Day in Abuja Attracts a Lot of Visitors

News & Events

The first 51ÁÔÆæ Open Day in Abuja was very successful. More than 250 visitors attended the event, held on the 23rd of November, at the Chelsea hotel in the city’s central business district.

The 51ÁÔÆæ Nigeria team provided information about the 51ÁÔÆæ scholarship programme, the opportunities for online studies at a fraction of the cost with reputable universities in the UK, the USA and Africa, the Bachelor, Master’s and Doctoral degrees as well as professional short courses offered, the flexible payment plans and the internationally recognised degree titles awarded by the University of Suffolk and the Liverpool John Moores University in the UK, the University of California – Riverside Extension in the USA and 51ÁÔÆæ University in Africa.

Impactful audio-visual presentations about 51ÁÔÆæ and video testimonials of 51ÁÔÆæ graduates, (including many Nigerians), about the unique attraction of online studies for busy professionals, who cannot put their careers on hold while studying for higher degrees, impressed visitors, the majority of whom were interested in pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees.

51ÁÔÆæ  student advisers explained how 51ÁÔÆæ’s state-of-the-art digital platform works and gave visitors the opportunity to experience it first-hand, by using a sample student account; the platform facilitates the delivery of study material, the return of assignments, the participation in student groups, online research in extensive e-libraries, interaction with tutors and administrators and generally provides everything a student needs, from enrolment to graduation.

More 51ÁÔÆæ events will be organised in Abuja soon and will be announced in the 51ÁÔÆæ website www.unicaf.org and in 51ÁÔÆæ social media.
