On the 1st of May 2022, took part in the Zambian World Workers Day march for the first time since its conception.
The march on World Workers Day, more commonly referred to as Labour Day in Zambia, was held under the theme “Accelerating Socio-economic transformation through sustainable and decent job creation amidst Covid-19”.
The march started from the Lusaka Municipal Council offices, otherwise known as the local civic centre, and ended at the freedom statue, where the Head of State, His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema was seated, among other dignitaries.
The Labour Day march acted as an opportunity for the 51ÁÔÆæ University team to interact with other companies and advertise and showcase the 51ÁÔÆæ University brand across Zambia.
A number of 51ÁÔÆæ University staff attended and were all proud to spread brand awareness for 51ÁÔÆæ University across Zambia.
